Um programa de identidade corporativa | A broad intervention

Cliente: Instituto da Conservação da Natureza e da Biodiversidade

Descrição: Em 1991 iniciámos uma colaboração com o Instituto da Conservação da Natureza que se prolongou por mais de 20 anos. Começou por um programa de identidade corporativa: símbolo, stationery e viaturas. Que se estendeu à definição de um programa editorial: livros, brochuras, folhetos, cartazes, mapas (feito com a colaboração do atelier Ideia Ilimitada).
E posteriormente a um programa de sinalização das Áreas Protegidas, que, tendo chegado ao projecto de pormenor, não veio a ser implementado (feito com a colaboração de Carlos Rocha, Jorge Pacheco e Jorge Alves).
Recentemente, com a alteração do nome, conduzimos o redesign do símbolo.

Description: The colaboration with the Institute for the Conservation of Nature began in 1991 and lasted more than 20 years.
It all started with the corporate identity program: symbol, stationery and vehicles. Then it was extended to the definition of an editorial program – from the name and image of the collections to the graphic rules and styles for different publications (books, brochures, leaflets, maps, posters and postcards). This editorial project was developed with the collaboration of the atelier Ideia Ilimitada.
Posteriorly, we won the competition for the full signage system of the Parks (done with the collaboration of Carlos Rocha, Jorge Pacheco and Jorge Alves). Although it was designed up to the finest detail, the project was not implemented, due to the change of Board.
Recently, the change of the name (inclusion of “Biodiversity”) we are asked to redesign the logo. As it became a brand with a commercial value, was very well known and pleased people, we decided to keep the main image and typography, including the letter “B” after the previous set of “ICN+oak leaf”
